Our Year 12 Chemistry students enjoyed a hands-on experience at ANU's chemistry teaching labs. Leading up to their organic chemistry unit next semester, they synthesised paracetamol and aspirin, utilising the advanced equipment to test purity. This was an enriching opportunity for students to contextualise their learning.
