Beyond The Classroom
In 2019, we welcomed the commencement of the Australian Air Force Cadet Squadron 327 at the school. It is wonderful to have this close connection to the AAFC and for our students to have ready access to a program which offers such a diverse range of opportunities.
The AAFC program runs one night per week, typically Thursday, and is open to Burgmann students and the broader community (for ages 13-17 years). The aim of the AAFC is to encourage teamwork, develop leadership skills, self- reliance and initiative.
